Kuo-Yu slayer Chuang is CEO of Geo Things, the spin-off project for a non-for-profit foundation that is currently under incubation in Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in Taiwan. He is working on Location-based services (LBS),Disaster Management, Internet of Things (IoT) and very active in Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) for Open GeoSMS, Sensor Web Enablement (SWE), andSWE4IoT standard. He is also the delegate of Open Geospatial Consortium toITU-T, currently works with ITU-T SG11 on Q.ProGeoSMS. He is also one of the trusted developers of Ushahidi and involves a lot in this open community.
