Andrew Wright

Andrew Wright is a GIS Project Manager at Washington College’s Crime Mapping and Analysis Program (CMAP). Andrew has worked closely with many law enforcement and criminal justice agencies in Maryland providing technical support, instruction, and outreach. Andrew also administers the Maryland Offender Management System (MOMS) which allows law enforcement to use geospatial technology to perform federated geographical and tabular searches against multiple offender databases. Andrew is also the project lead for new linkage functionality that is being developed to enhance law enforcements ability to understand complex social networks. In addition to his work with Maryland law enforcement, Andrew is an approved technical assistance provider for the Bureau of Justice Assistance National Training and Technical Assistance Center.
