Colonel Ayhan Yagmur

Reporting directly to the Chief of the Military Geography Department Colonel Yagmur’s responsibilities include generating military geography documents, establishing geospatial data delivery systems and advising Armed Forces on geospatial issues. Some of the challenges he is striving to overcome include dealing with big data, integrating different disciplines for interoperability and meeting the growing demand on geospatial intelligence for national security.
