Former functional NATO Commander of an international military and civilian staff from 18 nations with over 3,000 personnel and a$415M budget providing Airborne Early Warning, Command, Control, Battle Management and ISR in support of Joint and NATO commanders. Recently retired from the US Air Force with over 20 years of executive experience leading high-performance teams culminating in his leadership role for NATO. During his career he developed transformational Missile Defense, UAV and ISR concepts for Europe and Africa.In addition he initiated LEAN management and new organizational structures to optimize a $415M budget while deploying industry-leading, multi-billion dollarAWACS and ISR acquisition programs.
